Lukas van der Fecht (LVDF), a trained dancer from Wolfsberg, Austria, began dancing at the age of 8 years, training in Latin American and competing all over the world. In 2007 he started to train more in urban and commercial styles. Soon after he won a scholarship for a month worth training at Brent Street Studios in Sydney, Australia and in the following year joined the full time Program for Performing Arts. He received training from Kelley Abbey, Matt Lee, Cameron Mitchell, Jason Winters, Marko Panzic and began working in the industry being featured as Dancer in music videos, television and live shows.
He later had the opportunity to go to the US and train in New York and Los Angeles. He attended the Pulse on Tour Workshop in LA where he won the Protégé Scholarship Award and competed with his School at the World Championships of Performing Arts. Back in Sydney, Australia he graduated with a Certificate IV in Performing Arts. In 2011, Lukas moved to Vienna to study Media, Film and Theatre, and started teaching his knowledge to various schools and studios in Austria.
He had the privilege of working with acclaimed US choreographers Luam, Rhapsody James, Justin Conte, Jared Jenkins and Neil Schwartz and bond more with the industry.
He is currently based in Brooklyn, NY but also travelling the world sharing his deep connection to Art. He expresses through Movement, Fashion and Costume Design, as well as Music Production.
