Steps Dance Project. Manager / Director / Choreographer
. Studied the Luigi jazz dance technique under Rene Hofile~na from 1985 to 1988
. Was a member of Powerdance from 1988 to 2000 and has performed in
concerts and events with the group, in the Philippines, U.S., Canada, Germany, The U.K., The Netherlands, Japan, Malaysia, The Kingdom of Brunei, Singapore, among others
. Choreographed several performances such as “Showstoppers” and “Celebration III” (for Repertory Philippines), “The Little Mermaid”; “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe”, “Honk; the Ugly Duckling” and
“Mr. Noah’s Big Boat” (for Trumpets)
. Staged his first jazz dance concert, “Red, White and Blue” in 2005
. Choreographed “Footloose” and Re-staged “West Side Story” in 2005 and 2008 respectively (for Stages Production Specialists)
. Represented Steps Dance Studio at the Jazz Dance World Congress in Chicago, USA in 2005 and 2007, where he trained with master teachers
Frank Hatchett, Joe Tremaine, Liz Imperio, Susan Quinn among others.
In the same congress, learned the Gus Giordano jazz technique under
Nan Giordano and John Lehrer
For Steps Dance Project:
. Headed the dance committee for the Ayala Foundations’ “Bravo Filipino” performance series in 2008 and 2010
. Directed Steps’ Ayala Malls Tour of “A Christmas Ballet Concert” in 2010
. Collaborated with Habitat for Humanity, Shell Philippines, Filipinas Heritage
Library and Ayala Corporation among others, for special events, and was
head choreographer for Ayala Malls’ “Inspire” Concert Tour in 2011
. Directed the new ballet “Pepe’s Secret Christmas” for Ayala Malls in 2012,

. World Economic Forum- East Asia , Choreographer– May 2014
. Directed “Frankly Speaking” Ayala Malls Christmas Concert Tour – November-December 2014 and 2015
. APEC CEO Summit Dinner - Choreographer
