DanceStar Hungary Qualifier is a part of the DanceStar World Qualifiers Series where dancers can qualify for DanceStar World Finals. Any DanceStar Qualifier is open to all amateur and professional dancers. Any dance school, academy, crew or individual has the right to participate at a DanceStar Qualifier.

Welcome to Nagykanizsa!

DanceStar is pleased to announce this year’s Hungary Qualifier. We invite you to come and experience DanceStar Hungary Qualifier in the beautiful town of Nagykanizsa, a historically rich town existing since the prehistoric age.

It lies not far from Lake Balaton at the meeting point of five routes. For centuries the town has been a connecting link.

We look forward to a great competition in Nagykanizsa where talented dancers will perform in a fantastic atmosphere!

Event and Location information

Nagykanizsa, traditionally the city was a meeting point of five historic routes, thus for centuries it has been a connecting link between the Adriatic-Alpine region and the Habsburg Monarchy, playing an important role in the trade. Today it is a town of suggestive streets, green spaces, parks, historic buildings and sculptures, a modern, dynamically developing town.

Today the city is well-connected by the nearby motorway.

Daily ticket: 2000 Ft
STAGE DIMENSIONS: 12 x 12 m

STAGE ENTRANCE: Dancers go on stage from the right side of the stage, exit to the left. Sides of the stage are determined by spectators view from the audience.
